Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms. 2 showers, sep. WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Warning: maximum 10 people allowed (including cot). Please bring your own bed an linen for the cot.

Small, child friendly, cosy holiday development "Alpendorf". 1 km from the centre of Stumm, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2. Children's playground. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7.5 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 250 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach - Hochfügen 1.7 km, Zillertal Arena 8 km, Zillertal 3000 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Aufenfeld 5 km, Schlitterer Badesee 12 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Ski bus (free of charge). The photograph shows a typical example. The biological houses were built of wood at the edge of a stream. The "sauna cottage" with its reception, small kitchen and sauna area (available Monday to Friday between April and November extra, included from December to March) is located in the village of 6 houses. Heating costs are not included from April to November (payable on site, if necessary).

The accommodation was as described, but the cleanliness could be improved. Cobwebs in all sorts of corners and also dirt in areas where you can't reach directly with a broom. In addition, the couch is unfortunately past its prime. A lot of stains on the couch. The doors take some getting used to because you can't lock them (unusual for the toilet and bathroom)

Spacious house, 8 people have very good space. It could get cozy for 10. Everything in good condition, you feel very comfortable. The Zillertal is a great area with a lot on offer for children.

Great centrally located accommodation with a very friendly and helpful landlady who was always available by phone. We felt very comfortable as a family with seven adults, a small child and a dog. We will definitely come back.

Good equipment, great for kids, in the area a lot of possibilities for families, sauna was unfortunately not usable- shouldn't be advertised, if usable costs €50,-/3 hours in summer, conclusion: cozy house, uncomplicated landlady , good location, relaxed holiday!

Chalet very well equipped, no superfluous luxury, great wood stove, showers a little narrow, limited storage in the rooms, wi fi a little too weak, but for the rest, very good.

Great holiday home, really recommended. Minor defects in the equipment should be fixed. Brooms and dustpans can be replaced without hesitation. Dishwasher had to be refilled with salt first, machine was very dirty. Sauna times are not apparent from the description (Monday - Friday from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.) Outside these times only for an enormous surcharge for 3 hours. Otherwise gladly again

Kitchen tight for 9-10 people, especially the fridge. Suggestions for improvement: -toilets to lock -at least on 2 windows below fly screens -a toaster Broken window in the bedroom was repaired very quickly

The house was fine, sufficient kitchen utensils only the cutlery and glasses a little bit. exactly for 10 people so you often had to do the dishes quickly. The beds were very hard. The wifi was not good.

Beautiful and cozy home where the design has been thought through. No bedroom is directly adjacent to the other, so you are not bothered by bedroom noises from others. Furthermore, the bedrooms are on the tight side if a cot is added to the room. But attributes for small children (cot, high chair) are all well cared for. Furthermore, all necessities such as bus and shop at a great distance

Quaint, simple house with lots of wood. Appropriate division. Sauna in a separate building. For once enough storage space in the rooms. A possibility to dry the ski boots would be nice. With 4 children and 6 adults the house was full enough.

This house is very suitable for a holiday with friends or family. The living and dining room is very nice for the evening get-together. Warm water in the downstairs bathroom/toilet would be nice, then you could use it for washing and brushing your teeth. 2 showers for 10 people requires planning! The communal sauna for all 6 houses is great, but unfortunately hard fought for. A sauna plan that you can sign up for would be great. We missed a ski boot dryer - maybe that can be retrofitted.
