enough space for our 7 people and two dogs, bed linen and towels more than enough, some new equipment (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove), some old and in need of replacement (defective kettle, toaster), each room with its own bathroom, 2 double beds ...show more -WLAN without function / no connection to the repeater possible (the landlord was very taciturn in this regard, only said it would work for him) WLAN was a main issue for us

Everything was tidy and clean and whenever we needed something we contacted the host and she helped us. We even had wasching mashine tabs which was not common for our previous chalets that we booked.

A great place in terms of accessibility to the main road - close to the bakery. As we rented rooms all over the floor we had a chance for privacy. The kitchen is poorly equipped - everything is necessary but in small amounts, so you have to turn the dishwasher on often. The advantage is the large table in the dining area, where you can spend evenings together.

We travelled with a group of 8 people. There was plenty of space in the kitchen,dining room and balcony - that was perfect. Rooms were ok, they were tidy and clean. But... Kitchen utensils are very old and worn out. Also during our stay we didn't have wi-fi and although we asked many times they didn't change anything. And about communication-the phone number is for mother,who doesn't speak English. There is daughter that lives next door and does all communication, but she was not always at home

Accommodation is good. You walk through the hallway where it smells of animals. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, no sharp knives were available.

the rental is located on the 2nd floor the sorting bins are on the balcony kitchen units doors to adjust the son of the owner smokes in the cellar the smell goes back to the rental the house is well located I would not recommend the rental to friends before renovation

+ access to apart. is easy + it was very warm - the owner doesn't know English at all / an old lady - smell bad on the stairs the owner stays in the house and have 4 cats and a dog ... - all the place is old and some of the stuffs need urgently change

Not the most looked after accommodation to say the least. Kitchen could be cleaner, furniture needs some repair here and there. The host is not very generous in providing any of the basic consumables. So you'll need to buy quite a lot which you probably wouldn't expect, from soap to dishwasher tablets, towels. The kitchen and bathroom are empty of any items of this sort. Another important thing to take into account when choosing this accommodation is that the host will charge you 19 EUR / person / week (1 year old child included) for heating... etc which in their opinion is an extra. That is separate from the local council tourist tax which is 3 EUR / day.The guest was also a bit rude when for independent reasons we had to arrive at 22.00 whichwas considered too late. WIFI although advertised was broken on the first day, and was working intermittently for the rest of the stay.Sölden on the other hand is an outstanding ski resort which tilted the balance in favour of visiting it again, althoughthis accommodation is one to keep away from in the future.
