Very nice, spacious apartment, in excellent condition and well equipped in a small, quiet village above Längenfeld. Personally, I enjoyed the 7-9 minute round trip drive, but it was summer and I love mountain roads! Otherwise, everything is perfect and the owners are very kind, offering everything necessary for an unforgettable stay.

Best of both worlds.....fantastic apartment in a quiet side valley only 20 mins drive to ski areas in Oetztal valley, all of which have free parking. Warm, comfortable and spacious with large bathroom, well equipped kitchen and separate boot room. Lovely welcome and help when needed.

Large apartment with 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. One with a corner bath. Everything very clean and new. Good location, view of the mountains. Nice big balcony. Recommended! The details of the equipment could be expanded, but that was more of a suggestion than a criticism: there was no hair dryer, no real chopping board, just a few plates if you didn't want to run the dishwasher after every meal. No curtains, no pictures. WiFi for €3 a day

The R. family's apartment is at the starting point for fantastic hikes and fully met our expectations in every respect. Overall, this applies to the tasteful furnishings and what was particularly important to us, the very good kitchen equipment. The R's are known for their informal but unobtrusive hospitality and commendable service. This applies to cleaning, linen exchange, bread delivery and great hiking tips. We'd love to come back.

If you don't mind driving to Soelden in 20 minutes the place is very nice. quiet, clean, not crowded, high above 1500m above see. Hosts very nice and helpful.

The facility is located in a quiet, picturesque village. Perfect to rest without the crowds and hustle and bustle. Easy access to the glacier, thermal baths (ski bus) and on-site ski lift for beginners, cross-country tracks, toboggan run, equipment rental. Service with bread "to the door".

Modern accommodation in an absolutely quiet location. Very friendly landlord, always approachable and nice. Rooms are a good size and well furnished. Very good starting point for hikers and perfect when using the Ötztal Card. I found the WiFi fee a bit high.
