We felt very comfortable in Haus Viola, especially because of the nice reception by Mrs. S. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are pleasant, the ski cellar with garage access is ideal. The house was clean, tidy and offers a lot of privacy due to the layout. The Haus ski area is easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

We spent a wonderful holiday in Haus Viola. The house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were greeted very nicely by Ms. S. and she was always there for us if we had any questions. The area is beautiful and varied. We wish we could come back. There is still a lot to discover in the area.

A house with really enough space for 10 people, and yet also attractive. Fully equipped, in a beautiful central location in the region and in the valley, so you can go in all directions. Outside the house you can hear the sound of the main road through the valley. In addition, the siren went a few times on top of the fire station in the village. The welcome was friendly and clear. The wifi had to work hard and the beds were quite warm (but good). All in all: a lot of house for your money!

The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. The house is not far from the road so there is a bit of noise.

House is fully equipped. 20 minutes by car to the slopes, but the spacious house and the price more than make up for it.

Beautiful house, very spacious. Too bad that 2 days before departure we had to transfer more than 300 euros for 2 extra bedrooms that were on the original booking confirmation. That was great and the last word has not yet been said about it

We spent a really nice holiday here. The house is just gorgeous, well equipped with everything you need. The large property all around completes the whole thing just great. We were warmly welcomed and we didn't miss anything. Above all, you can start beautiful excursions from here, depending on your taste and weather conditions. The house was very well equipped and perfect for us (6E + 2K). The garden with trampoline was a magnet for the kids. The administrator is very nice. The handovers went smoothly. Clear recommendation.

We are hikers and the locals were very nice and friendly. The painted stones in front of the hut were inviting. We were already at home in Haus Viola without a key, car for parking, table for eating was available, hut for playing cards, I just say thank you to the house people

We stayed at Haus Viola in St. Martin am Grimming for a week. It was great. Arrive, see, marvel and feel good. Nothing is missing. Everything is there. A very clean accommodation, a fully equipped kitchen and a very large bathroom with a huge bathtub. And it's a very nice landlady. A dog is also welcome at any time. A really nice holiday. Any time.

House in top condition, everything you need is there. The landlady very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the loud car traffic at night but otherwise only recommended. A guest would have liked to have had a wastepaper basket in the room.

Haus Viola is very comfortable and spacious. We receive each other very hospitably! Great that our dogs are also welcome!

We were so happy with everything – cosy, modern, every piece of the furniture and the cutlery was so nicely chosen. In the kitchen you can find all the things that you need to feel comfortable and to enjoy your stay even more! The bath in the big bathroom was favorite of my children and me! The owner of the house welcomed us so friendly and we even received home made jam as a farewell gift! I do recommend the house and I would love to come back there!

If you don't feel comfortable in this house, you can't help it. Even with 10 people you can vacation here without standing on your feet. Great equipment, spacious room layout, technically well equipped. If we come back to this area, we would strive for this house.

Very clean, spacious and roomy house. Very good equipment, new bathroom. Owner and housekeeper very friendly. The minus point is the federal highway about 150 meters away, which is very busy. So you can't leave the window open at night, but there is ventilation. Also on the terrace you have the traffic noise.

Nothing is missing, incredibly great equipment, especially in the kitchen area, lots of space in the house and around it, very nice manager who always has one or the other tip ready.

We (6 adults and 2 children) had a super nice week in Haus Viola. The house is even nicer and bigger than it came across in the pictures. We received a very warm welcome and... very helpful. The house is very spacious and big enough even for 10 people. There are two bathrooms, two extra toilets, and an additional shower in the top room. The house was well equipped, very clean, partly newly renovated and perfectly divided for a large group. The large bathroom with rain shower and free-standing bathtub provided relaxation after skiing. The heatable ski room and the morning bread roll service were also great. It was only a 15-20 minute drive to the next ski area. To the next supermarket only about 7 minutes. We can only recommend Haus Viola and would come back at any time.

Very good accommodation, very hard-working landlady. A lot of technology in the house, instructions for use available. Everything very chic, everything good.
