Landhaus Grüne Oase

A charming dollhouse from the 1960s, modernized and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. :) A fantastic location at about 700m above sea level, perfect for a holiday with a dog! The picket fence isn't completely escape-proof, but you wouldn't leave your dog unattended in the garden anyway. The odd ant or spider was free of charge. ;) Very clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. The hosts were super helpful when needed and friendly, including their farm dog. :) Great fish restaurant in the neighboring village.

The house has everything you need. You can park your car right next to the house on the property; the property is large, with a fence and gate; everything is perfect. It's perfect for a family with a dog, with mornings and evenings spent right in the woods or meadows. But even without a car, you can go on long hikes without any problems. Pure nature and not a soul in sight – a dream. Relaxation on a grand scale. The landlord's farm is a stone's throw away; everyone is super nice. Grandpa Bauer showed us everything in the barn and explained everything to us.

The accommodation is ideal for people who prefer a quiet location after or between excursions. We went skiing in the Dachstein Mountains and brought our dog with us. We brought a special "familiar dog crate" for his hourly accommodation so that the dog could remain more relaxed in a "strange house." Since nobody comes by all day, our dog had absolute peace and quiet. When we returned from skiing, Fiffilein was always deeply relaxed.

I was there for the second time. I can only recommend it. Especially if you want to take a dog with you on holiday. Of course you have to keep an eye on it. It's not escape-proof. Small dogs in particular can fit through the fence. But I don't think that's a bad thing. I recommend taking a blanket with you that you can put on the couch. In front of the house there is a nice little stream and a small pond for the dogs to cool off in. And yes, the pond is really small.

We spent 5 wonderful days here with our big dog. We were given a very friendly welcome and the key handover was very straightforward. The house has everything you need and the outdoor area is also perfect for spending time. The large property is completely fenced (smaller dogs could get outside though). The small stream running through the property is really beautiful. We would love to come back.

The small holiday home really contains everything you could need and is equipped with high-quality modern furniture. A beautiful, fenced property with a stream and pond completes everything. It was very clean and the landlady Christina is very nice.

The accommodation is very nice! The view is fantastic. The dog also felt very comfortable. The little one could also run freely through the fence. She loved the fresh spring water. There are enough activities in the area.

Great, quiet and very well equipped house from which you can still easily reach many activities. The location lets you slow down immediately. And the super nice landlords, from grandpa to junior, should not go unmentioned here. For us with 100% repeat gactor.

It's all good and very relaxing. The house lacks nothing that you need for a short trip. As I think it is important for dog owners and would have helped me. Although the house is fully fenced, our dog greeted us from the other side of the fence after 3 minutes. Therefore, it is only recommended to a limited extent with a dog. Without a dog, however, it is 100% worth spending a few nice days there.

Quiet secluded cottage at the foot of the Grimming, in the middle of nature. Impressive mountain scenery behind the house, streams, forest. Very tastefully furnished.

Very nice accommodation, where you really are for yourself and right in the middle of nature. Perfect to switch off. You can still reach the actual winter and summer attractions within 15-30 minutes. Very friendly and pleasant hosts. We look forward to being here next time.

Beautiful, very quiet, detached house. The large garden is completely fenced - ideal for four-legged friends. Everything is available in the house.

We have been here on vacation for two weeks and it was super nice. A beautiful garden, excellent decor and a very nice shower. The double bed was wonderful. A small point was the sofa, it did not smell fresh ... but it was good.

The house is quietly located in the countryside, beautiful large property with lawn and play area. Quiet and still only a few minutes to the main street.

this accommodation is really recommended. Nice house, lovingly furnished and everything you need is there. There is space for children to play on the property and a dog feels very comfortable there. And one thing..... this rest is priceless. We will come back for sure!!

The cottage was just perfect for us. Pure calm.

The house is perfect. You have your peace and a lot of space. Every morning 1 liter of fresh milk and fresh eggs from the farm and fresh bread rolls. What more do you want. Nothing is missing in the house.

The garden chairs and the parasol are past their best and could use replacing. Something needs to be done about mold in the shower area in the bathroom.
