2 level house, perfect for two families. One kitchen on the ground floor (well equipped), 1 livingroom and 2 bedrooms on each level. Easy communication with the very flexible and friendly owner. Getting housemilk is possible. Skilift Hauser Kaibling 15min.

We had a wonderful holiday. We have been with 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Beautiful large holiday home with a beautiful view. Located opposite the owners farm. (You can buy bottles of milk, which are put in front of the door in the morning) plenty of bathrooms and toilets. 2 living rooms. The service was great with very friendly owners who are very helpful. Shops 10 min drive, in Gröbming. So definitely recommended to spend a holiday here.

Ideal home for large families or like us; a family with supporters. Together, yet each has its own place. The house is clean but dated and the service is very good and fast. The house is easily accessible, but there is no direct ski bus line and the slopes are a 15-minute drive away. A great place if you are self-reliant and want to ski for a week without paying the top price for a stay

We received a very friendly welcome and found a very clean house in which we had plenty of space. The morning fresh milk was particularly delicious and we already miss it. The Schladminger Land gave us snow on Galsterberg, it was two degrees cold that day, sunshine on Stoderzinken and sleet and fog, everything. But we could always get out. We recommend eating on the rosemialm as well as in the waldhäusl or the riesach waterfall restaurant.

We (2 adults + 2 children aged 15 and 17) had spent a great week in Gröbming. Hosts really nice and helpful. Accommodation great, very clean. Not the most modern, but nice. Everything is there that you need in a holiday apartment. There are also many hiking opportunities and excursion destinations in the area. We should be happy to travel this direction again and again. Cozy, spacious house. Large closets to store your things. Extensive utensils/kitchen appliances. Good accessible road to the village for groceries / restaurant and direction activities. Every morning we got fresh milk from the owner. She was super nice and helpful, but by no means intrusive.

We've stayed in House Katarina for the ski holiday. The location is ~15-20 minutes to the Hauser Kaibling ski resort. The house is easily accessible. Even if it snowed one night, in the morning the road was cleared. The furniture is a little outdated, but in line with other locations I've stayed in Austria. The contact person was great. It helped us whenever we needed something. I would return to this house if I would be in the neighborhood.

Very friendly landlord. Everything you need was there in the accommodation. It's very clean. After consultation with the landlady, the ski bus picked us up at the house every morning and dropped us off there again in the evening. All in all a very nice holiday.

Very friendly landlady who is happy to give suggestions for hikes. We felt very comfortable with our grandchildren in this spacious holiday home. The terrace is very suitable for breakfast when the weather is nice. The house is quiet but easily accessible for excursions.

We have now spent 3 weeks in this fine house in the countryside of the Ennstal for 2 years in a row. Heg is a spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large, somewhat dated but well-equipped kitchen. The living room downstairs is a bit on the small side for 4 people, but since there was a living room upstairs for our teenagers, that was no problem. Beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace, we could have a delicious breakfast. The owners are very friendly and live opposite the house. They responded very quickly to any questions. You are in the middle of the countryside, little street lighting so beautiful stargazing in the dark in the evening. There is good Wifi which is not a luxury with 2 teenagers.

The holiday home is ideal for 8 people. There are enough sanitary facilities, a large table in the kitchen allows you to eat meals together, but there are also enough places to retreat. After skiing we could always look forward to warm rooms and warm showers. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. There was nothing missing.

The landlady lives across the street and was very nice and helpful. We could park the skis and bicycles in the garage. That was our occupancy: 4 rooms with double beds and the TV room as a single room. All rooms are spacious. Our booking request for next year is ongoing.
