Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).

Perfect location in a quiet area with a great view of the mountains! Big house, lots of space, modern furnishings, basically nothing to complain about. A few minor things to note though: We missed a large couch (pull-out) for comfort in the evening. It was also a shame that there were no comfortable seats on the two great terraces (hard "park bench", hard chairs, no loungers), at 29° we would have liked to have used the terraces more!

Spacious house and clearly furnished; downstairs everything in 1 room I found cozy. Very spacious parking lot and beautifully situated. To ski you always have to take the car, but you can also go to different boarding places.

The house is beautifully situated with mountain views and only 2 minutes by car from the nice town of Gröbming. Landlord uncomplicated and accommodating. Living rooms and bathrooms have been renovated, the rooms are a bit dated but okay for sleeping. Well equipped kitchen. There is a large garden for dogs and children. The people of the area are exceptionally friendly. We can only recommend it, whether summer or winter. Gladly again.

The house is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The house is also surrounded by a great garden. From the terrace you have a great view of the mountains. We would definitely recommend the house!

The house is perfectly located for day trips (Hallstätt. Bad Ischl..Styria Bodensee.) and much more. Area great, Gröbming (5mins) by car. Good food and a city to see. the house very price landlord, and great. Everything available..

It was a beautiful holiday home where we were allowed to spend our vacation. You have a great view of the surrounding mountains. The house was equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms are new and modern, the kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need to cook if you don't want to go out to eat. The key holder is very nice and always there for you. We'd love to come back.

The accommodation was clean well equipped and spacious. With underfloor heating the stay was very pleasant. Shopping was possible down in the village and everyone felt very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and everything went well.

The cottage is neat, everything you need, there is even a large 2 drawers vrieskast.Het cottage is spacious, has a beautiful garden and is very favorable with regard to. attractions in the area. Good restaurants, bakery shops all within 5 km. Point of criticism: Garage is described but does not fit any car is only 2 mtr. a pity no shade for the car, and there are no sun loungers available in the garden.
