Beautiful houses in relaxing gardens. Well located on the great beach of Costa Rei.

The house is very nice, maybe a little kitchen too small and not enough glassware (glasses, etc.). The air conditioning in the lounge was a bit malfunctioning. Pool clean, cleaned once a week by a professional, but also self-cleaning. House for 6 people, 4 deckchairs? No mop to mop the floor. Washing machine and dishwasher a great convenience. Overall 8 out of 10. These are just minor comments. Close to the sea, a short walk. You have to drive for meals, but you can cook. A bit too loud in the evening from the hotel nearby.

Nice villa with a large garden and swimming pool. The house itself needs some improvements: the shower in one of the bathrooms was broken. The kitchen sink also had a problem and the water drained to the floor. The air conditioning didn't work as heating, and as we went in April, the nights were cold. Overall, the property has all the conditions to be an excellent option, with good areas, swimming pool, outdoor space and very close to an excellent beach, but it needs more care in its maintenance

The house was as large as described and with a fantastic pool, directly behind the endless beach. But we first had to clean the inside and outside for 3 hours and filled the dishwasher 3 times ("Some pots and pans were so moldy that they couldn't be used") no wine glasses, no kettle, TV didn't work at first, etc. And to top it all off, there was unbearable noise from the directly adjacent EOS Club ("extremely loud music every day from 6:00 p.m. to midnight")

WONDERFUL PLACE!! VERY BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, WONDERFUL POOL, WELL KEPT PROPERTY, THE POOL WAS CLEANED THREE TIMES A WEEK, VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA.

beautiful house with pool and beautiful gardens and a short walk to the long sandy beach. Deficiencies: 1. The address of the local agency responsible is incorrect. (According to the documents house no. 17, but is actually no. 204) and therefore had to be searched for a long time. 2. Toaster broken 3. Sofa badly worn out 4. Grill grates of the outdoor grill very dirty (with leftovers) 5. Sometimes in the evening hours disturbing noise from the nearby club complex 6. Long waiting time when handing over the keys
