The bedrooms are very small, in one the skylight is constantly blocking, which makes it stuffy. After turning on the air conditioning, it is cold. Because we were spending our time intensively (trips to interesting places in Tuscany), the night rest was important. This is not my first trip with booking and certainly not the last, but the first time an offer that is not in line with reality.

The apartment looks pretty good. Easy to reach and also convenient for the internal parking space. Not very cleverly renovated .. The two bathrooms, reachable directly from the two bedrooms make them very useful, in addition to the fact that they are both very nice. Hot water without problems. The veranda would be beautiful, too bad for the mosquitoes that do not give respite in the evening. The various sliding doors and the entrance door with built-in mosquito net are excellent. The kitchen, functional and sufficiently equipped (bring some larger pans than there is) the fridge despite being new makes a great noise but with a wedge underneath it is solved. The house is very well located, with a small supermarket, a bar and a pastry / bakery about 100 meters away. Really very useful. Probably during the full season there is a bit of confusion, but as is normal in a fairly famous seaside place. Excellent service provided by the property which also solved a problem with the Internet with speed and effectiveness. The only two discordant notes are the cleanliness of the kitchen, which upon our arrival we had to completely redo (the fridge especially) and the really uncomfortable bed bases / mattresses which are not like all the rest of the furniture which, although simple, is pleasant and pleasant. functional. By changing bed bases and mattresses, the house would make a significant leap in quality. Overall, a pleasant holiday and a location that I can recommend, and that I would do it personally, especially with the change of bed bases / mattresses.
