Old Westry is one of Shropshire's best attractions, and is a 3,000 year old Iron Age hill fort, with evidence of its construction dating back to 800 BC and AD 43, and makes for magnificent sightseeing opportunities. The town itself is famous for the number of pubs and restaurants which offer real ale. A wonderful town, steeped in history.
