Huge, park-like grounds, a spacious, bright attic apartment that didn't get too hot even in high temperatures. A separate staircase from the basement. An interesting but functional freight elevator for suitcases and luggage. Occasionally disrupted by sewer odors. Overall, a good standard of living and a very good starting point for tours and swimming opportunities.

The accommodation was exactly as described. Everything was there, the garden is wonderful, and the owners are very friendly. The beach or Piriac-sur-Mer are a 5-minute bike ride away.

Spacious and clean apartment with comfortable bedding in a large quiet park with the ocean air. It is located near Piriac, a very nice little town between 2 pretty beaches and close to the coastal hiking trail. The owners are welcoming and at the same time very discreet.

Very nice apartment faithful to the photo and description. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday and the seaside promenade is very easily accessible on foot. In addition, the owners are very welcoming.

Beautiful, bright, spacious attic apartment with a small balcony in a beautiful, lovingly maintained park-like garden. Pleasant, paradisiacal peace! Good kitchen equipment. Ideal location: a few minutes by car to many nice beaches and all the sights of the Guérande peninsula within a 30-minute radius.
