The welcome and availability of Mrs. M. de F. were excellent. The site is very pleasant, the swimming pool is good and the proximity of the highway does not cause any noise pollution. The house is good overall. The access track is in very poor condition (corrugated iron) and I advise future interested parties not to venture out without a 4x4 type vehicle or equivalent.
