The apartment is very modern, bright and spacious. The rooms are generously sized and the bed is very comfortable. The development is centrally located but still quiet. Various shops and golf courses can be reached by car in just a few minutes. A few small things spoiled the overall good impression: some of the sliding windows could not be opened, the towel heater in the bathroom did not work, the heating in the living room could not be regulated (27°), and the apartment door was leaky.
