Beautiful view of the harbor, quiet, no direct sun, only in the evening. It has everything you need. 100 meters from Rubinya Beach, with direct access to the natural area. We had a lovely vacation. Negatives: The shower tray needs replacing. The bed linens are dirty and need to be vacuumed. The vacuum cleaner is completely filthy. The sofa bed is worn out.
