Pleasant and well located apartment!

It's a beautiful apartment. Beautiful view and (as we like it) a lot to see on the boulevard. Sometimes a bit busy but fun. The only remark .. the lighting needs to be checked. Several lamps were broken. The umbrellas on the balcony were unusable. (broken) And the space next to the oven / hob was downright filthy. I also passed this on to your office in Queridon upon departure. As said, cosmetic flaws.

Rental extremely well placed with a superb view of the port and the beach, close to all facilities. Parking at the foot of the building. Modern, spacious, clean apartment, tastefully decorated. Everything needed is there. Only one negative point: the lighting in the evening is insufficient in the living room (halogen floor lamp not working). We are ready to come back.

positive point: its location (Canada is why we rented it again) negative points: dirty terrace with bird droppings, table and seats covered with sand Of the 5 radiators only two worked (those in the bedrooms and the bathroom bath no longer work, which was already the case for that of the bathroom in September 2020), bad contact of the fuses of the water heater, shower doors in poor condition. It's a shame as it was cold...

Apartment with magnificent sea view, very functional and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine) very beautiful sunny terrace Location on the seafront with various shops nearby. No need for private car parking in the residence.
