Such a great place with so many nice touches! Being a bit away from the coast means you have more space, gardens, parking, hot tub, sauna, games room, 4 separate reception areas as well as spacious bedrooms to sleep 10. Also being so centrally located in Cornwall means you can visit so many places and then retreat back quite easily as well. Julie was lovely, on hand if we needed anything but discreet at the same time. Thank you so much for giving our family holiday such a nice base!

Our family of 10 had the most wonderful week at Polstein. The facilities are first class with comfort at the top of the list. Very well equipped kitchen and with a games room and plenty of games to keep us occupied during some rather disappointing weather and a fabulous hot tub and sauna which was well used by all. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday cottage it is well placed to visit and explore the coast and surrounding area and it is extremely comfortable.

Stayed here with my husband, 2 daughter’s and their families, 10 of us in total for New Year. What an amazing place. There is nothing you could possibly need that isn’t already supplied and supplied to a very high standard. There was a lovely hamper and fresh flowers all around the house. The Christmas decorations were fabulous and my 5 year old granddaughter was so excited there were 3 Christmas trees. There is a games rooms which the older children enjoyed. Lots of board games and plenty of books for all ages. The views are amazing, in close walking distance to shops and a very nice pub which served great food. The standard of cleanliness was fantastic. The owners are just across the way but as everything was perfect we didn’t see them but it’s a comfort to know they are there if needed. We are already planning on booking a summer stay here and I can’t wait.
