Very nice at first glance, but there are many areas that need attention. The apartment itself is OK, but the shower tray is leaking at the wall connection and is moldy. Moisture is seeping through the walls, causing efflorescence on the other side of the wall. The grout in the tile floor in the bathroom is open and needs to be repaired. The cooking utensils in the kitchen are flimsy and broken. The paving in the pool area is uneven and poses a tripping hazard. The pool water is clean.
