The house is a bit isolated, but in an enchanting landscape. The view is breathtaking. At the end of April / beginning of May the temperatures were a bit low. Due to the large volume of the building, it was hardly possible to achieve a comfortable temperature in the bedrooms. In addition, the existing pellet heating worked poorly and had to be cleaned after almost every use. The air conditioning was broken and could not be used as a heater.

This is amazing place to stay, beautiful view on Tuscany, unbelievable climate specific for the area and peace & quiet all around us. And the house itself - outstanding… But the biggest impression made on us the host - wonderful welcome, support during entire stay and unexpected good bye meeting, we were delighted. Very nice holiday home with a beautiful pool and a fantastic view. The landlady was very nice and welcomed us with a delicious gift basket. Everything went smoothly. We felt very comfortable.

This holiday home exceeded our wildest dreams, beautiful location with a fantastic panorama (including San Gimignano). On arrival we immediately started taking pictures, we were so overwhelmed with this stay. Everything is there, nice spacious kitchen, lots of space in the living room / lounge, very nice and spacious rooms with excellent shower facilities and a nice covered terrace. Lower sun terrace with nice swimming pool. We very much hope that we will come back here!

As a welcome we got a fruit basket and a basket with regional products. The house is very quiet and the kitchen in particular is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. The owner was very nice. The neighbor of the house opposite is also very nice (also speaks some English, French and German) and lovingly takes care of the 2 cats. The view is really great. The area around and up to the pool has now been redesigned and is more beautiful than in the pictures.

Bellissima, bellissima! For us as "normal people" it was a dream. Quiet with a great view, certainly one of the most beautiful in Tuscany, great house, we had nothing to complain about. There was a welcome basket with Tuscan delicacies. Shopping 15 minutes drive to Poggibonsi (Lidl). One of our most beautiful and relaxing vacation week ever. We have already booked the house again for next year.
