we had a great holiday!!! the house offers so many possibilities, the grounds are spacious and well maintained urgent suggestion for improvement: lots of mosquitoes at night, mosquito nets over the beds would be great internet connection sometimes difficult

Wonderful secluded property with pool. Unfortunately, the technical equipment in the house (dishwasher, washing machine) did not work properly, the dishes were not really clean. House is in the middle of nature=beautiful. But unfortunately no fly screens on windows and doors, so that all insects came into the house unhindered. Sleeping places in the top area very hot, a small air conditioner could help here. Overall, however, a highly recommended holiday home.

Internet was advertised, but it basically didn't work - you had to stay in a very specific place on the grounds to catch internet. In the event of problems, there is quick action from the family that looks after the property. The house is only for 8 people. The double bed on the 2nd floor is unusable. There is stagnant air, far too hot and open to walking space. We were 6 adults, 3 children + baby, but since no one could sleep upstairs due to heat we had to pay dearly for a fold-up bed (bad style when we were a permitted number)

14 days holiday with two families. The house with pool and garden is a dream, but the furnishings/furnishings are a bit dated, difficult gravel driveway, the equipment (especially the kitchen and towels) is absolutely inadequate. Be sure to bring your own stuff (e.g. sharp knives). Bed under the roof not usable because of the heat! Therefore max. 8 people. Garden very well maintained. Owner very friendly (Italian/English), unfortunately the WiFi didn't work! Garden workers often came (unannounced)!

The accommodation was well maintained and very clean. The pool is great and the location of the house is wonderful. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the additional costs were very high. Too high for our understanding!

Magnificent view, very spacious house, a bit far from Borgo San Lorenzo (25 min) but which guarantees absolute calm. At night we were lulled by the song of the owls, a real gift. The owners are charming and gave us a warm welcome. Namely poor cell phone reception, partly compensated by the wifi. The house is well equipped. The swimming pool is very large and the garden very well maintained; rare thing, the outdoor tables and chairs are numerous.

The photos do not do this wonderful home justice! PROS: peace, exclusivity, the house in general, swimming pool, large indoor and outdoor spaces, enchanting views, friendly and helpful owners. CONS: lack of mosquito nets (there were many insects of all kinds, which being on the hill is also there - but mosquito nets are definitely necessary!), Since there are no mosquito nets at least in the rooms you need air conditioning, no shop nearby, car needed, lack of cell phone reception.

The house is very well equipped. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen and barbecue in the covered outdoor area - everything is great! Only the towels provided are very old. Better bring your own!

We have been able to holiday in this house with friends a number of times and are so enthusiastic about it that we keep coming back. Lovingly furnished, it is surrounded by pure nature, the ideal place to relax and slow down.
