No proper handover of keys. Some items were defective: door locks broken, roof on upper floor broken, shutters difficult to open, fly screen torn!!!!!, furniture - wicker chair broken. Refrigerator was not cleaned, otherwise it was clean. Dog constantly barking, lawn not mowed

Beautiful house because you can only relax. The access road to the house is a bit bumpy.

The house is in an absolutely quiet location with a great view of the wooded mountains and valleys. The farm next door never bothered. The landlords are super nice and brought us homemade wine and tomatoes. On request you can also get olive oil from our own production. For those who like forest and nature, the area is a paradise! There are some hiking trails, but you have to find them or ask about them. Beautiful excursion destinations are the Castello Montemassi or Massi Marittima.
