Small but nice house with three bedrooms. Unfortunately one bedroom is a walk-through room, but OK. Large bathroom, kitchen with everything you need. The outdoor seating area is large and beautifully situated. The wood grill is a real treat. Washing machine and hanging area for laundry are practical. There is a campsite nearby where you can easily rent bikes. By bike you can be at the market or the beach in 5 minutes.

The house is located in the middle of an idyllic, overgrown plot with a lovely garden seating area. Unfortunately, the area around the house is unkempt. Mossy sand areas instead of grass caused a plague of mosquitoes (from 4 p.m.), so that you could only stay inside the house with the windows/doors closed. Since there were no fly/mosquito windows, you had to sleep with the windows closed at night. The paper factory caused an unbearable smell when there was no wind.

TV no German channels, not international -- telephone activation too complicated -- toilet paper only an eighth roll upon arrival -- no kettle available -- only two loungers -- no cushions for outside chairs -- floor lamp in the living room, dining room is missing, hooks in the bathroom are missing

Nice location, not far from the beach, in the center everything you need: shops and restaurants. Walks on the beach, through the woods, visits to the nearby attractions: Biarritz, Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux... are the attractions of the beautiful region. Highly recommended.
