Positive: Fantastic location, view of the sea, olive trees right next door in a large garden, shady pines, view of Capoliveri and Montecristo, outdoor shower, parking space, short distances to the sea on foot or by car. Negative: Typical for Elba - ants -, don't leave anything open otherwise they'll invade :-) Wastewater problems when showering inside or in the toilet, correspondingly occasionally unpleasant smells, furniture a bit old, WiFi rather slow

Great house, perfect for 4 people, magnificent terrace with outdoor shower and sea view..... Mosquito nets in the bedrooms, washing machine available, warm welcome... family and quiet at the same time. Completely independent. The cottages are arranged so that each one is in its own corner, without being disturbed, or disturbing the neighbors.

There are a lot of things missing if you want to cook. Furniture is old but in good condition. The view is superb and the cleanliness very well maintained and very quiet. The owner is attentive and very kind. We had a great vacation.
