As a returning family from the previous year I can say with confidence that the high standard of cleanliness and comfort in this barn is incredible. The ground floor accommodation was perfect for our children and grandchildren. Whilst the two upper rooms were wonderful for grandparents. The hosts are very friendly and responsive but not intrusive. The weather was good and we had the opportunity to use the lawned area for outdoor games and conker picking. Such fun for all! There are walks in the local area; and coastal areas and towns are around 5 to 30 minutes away by car depending on whether you want more than just a coastal walk. There is a local pub the Stags head a 10 minute walk away. The quality of food, friendliness of staff and owners is exceptional. We enjoyed steak night on our last night, 2 steaks with sauces and veg/chips and a bottle of house wine for £35 per couple. We have enjoyed our second stay at Pheasants Roost so much we have booked again for our 3rd visit next year. Thank you to all that made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at Pheasants Roost as a family group of 8 adults, 4 children and two dogs. This place is stunning. Contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The outside space and views are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area. The owners are non intrusive. A wonderful local pub within a very short walk. We are already planning to return. Thank you.

Our family group of 12, including 4 young children and 2 dogs, recently stayed at Pheasants Roost for a 30th birthday celebration. The accommodation was perfect! It is extremely spacious, tastefully decorated and really well equipped providing everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic weekend break. The setting of the barns is amazing with open views across nearby fields and only a short walk to the lovely local pub. The homemade cakes provided were a lovely touch - delicious! We'll definitely be back next year!

We have recently stayed at Pheasant's Roost Barn and had a wonderful time! There were 11 of us, including my elderly mother, for the occasion of a wedding. We found the barn to be bright and spacious and beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, great bath & shower rooms and extremely comfortable bedrooms. It was a lovely touch also to arrive to fresh flowers alongside homemade butterfly buns & shortbread - delicious! The weather was warm and sunny for most of our stay, and we enjoyed the fabulous open countryside location with it's surrounding views and, of course, the hot tub! All in all, a fantastic place to stay for a peaceful and relaxing break or holiday. We will return!
