There were eight of us there, and we cooked a hearty meal, using everything we needed. The house is a bit older, of course, but it's charmingly furnished. Mrs. G., who lives on-site, is easy to reach (the security system was blown). The beds are comfortable; I think two beds are only 1.40m wide, which might be too narrow for two for some. Great terrace. We'll definitely remember this house!

The whole place could use an update. But if you don't have high demands, it's fine.

We stayed here as a group, and the five bedrooms were ideal. However, there are a few minor criticisms. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi (some cell phones have poor reception). The bathrooms are in need of renovation. The shower has a shower curtain, and the second bathroom has a bathtub without a curtain. We experienced frequent flooding. The bedroom was excellent, with a good mattress (except for the ground floor). The single bed was worn out. The terrace has no sun protection, but we knew this and brought a gazebo. The kitchen is excellent.

A very simply furnished holiday home; the kitchen equipment could use some upgrading, and the bathrooms could use a renovation. Otherwise, everything is great: plenty of space for the kids, a large garden for playing, and a sunny terrace.

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It is a great, authentic holiday home. We didn't lack anything.

The old furniture, the many old pictures and books give the house charm and character.

A bit old but totally ok with children, everything you need is there, the bathrooms need to be renovated If you don't expect luxury, you're in good hands here

Nice house, good location, nice contact. Unfortunately, it's getting a bit old and the details are worn and carelessly designed. Nevertheless we would like to come back. No-go for the teenagers: no WiFi

We stayed in House Patricia to ski in the local area and found it very convenient for Fieberbrunn, Kitzbuehel and SKi Welt, as well as the area in Koessen itself, which is a small but excellent ski area. The house is very comfortable, has lots of room and the owner is very friendly and helpful.
