Holiday in the off-season. Everything in the area is not very crowded. Parking is not a problem. Houses next door are privately owned. Mowing the lawn late in the evening was a bit annoying, as was the renovation work in the neighbor's house until 10 p.m. The house itself is practically furnished. There is enough space. The green area and outdoor seating area are very nice. The furnishings in the house are outdated and a bit musty. The sofa and armchairs could be replaced. Lovely holiday with the dog. I would definitely go back.

A holiday home with above-average facilities. All eventualities would be taken care of (kitchen equipment, games, etc.) It was very clean and tidy. Only the heating was poorly adjusted. After a note from the (very helpful) reception this could be fixed. We'd love to come back!

We liked it

This accommodation was very basic, which is what we preferred. Lots of space. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not very clean. Walls lightly smudged, dishes dirty, sockets not properly attached or usable, mold in the bathroom, stairs not easy to walk, construction site next door, etc. But the view from the window was just lovely. Despite the negative, I can recommend the house for families with older children and possibly a pet.

Very nice, quiet location

Location is good. Unbothered. Beautiful nature. Remember, however, that you must not park your car in front of the house. The parking lot is further away. The holiday home is old. Not super clean. It says that there is WIFI - there is not - only at the reception.

Very nicely located holiday park. The house is a bit old, but everything you need is there and, above all, super clean. Great view from the balcony... Gladly again.

We were very satisfied

Stay away from house Oslo at Birkenweg 32. There were mice in the house: feces under the sink and 1 mouse seen. There were other houses with this problem as well. On-site staff is very nice and helpful. Owner shows no interest and refers to lease agreement. Interchalet has not yet shown any reactions. It is best to book directly through the holiday park. Otherwise the location is very nice and the people friendly and helpful.

Accommodation fairly simply furnished. Looking for crockery together. Very noisy. WiFi is only available in the reception area, which is at the other end of the holiday park.

Unfortunately there was hardly any space to sit. At the barbecue area there was a half broken beer bench and a small wooden table that was almost falling apart. No possibility to have breakfast on the balcony. Old rattan furniture that is too deep and not enough for more than 4 people. The lamp in the bathroom was broken. It was only mowed on the third day and the owner also came to paint the wood on the outside. No WiFi and the tap water was always cloudy and milky. The balcony should be overhauled.

Enjoyed the Bavarian Alps for three weeks! But the house is no longer of this time. No washing machine (not even in the park), beds were moderate and not fresh. The whole thing really needed a thorough renovation. Carpet on the floor and a dog don't go well together! The park was very quiet, with nice space around the houses. At the end we also thought that more than € 200 was a bit much! The weekly price was also not scanty ..... But: all in all a super holiday, but not thanks to the cottage.

Apartment like 40 years ago. Mattresses worn out, kitchen without dishwasher and furniture very old. All carpets ancient.

The house is offered for 6 people, the crockery was insufficient (only 2 glasses, 3 small plates). Chair cushions and sofa stained, as were the linens. The location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Very quiet, despite holiday park.

This holiday park is fantastically located in southern Bavaria at the foot of the Alps and therefore ideal for making various trips in the area. This holiday home met expectations well. Good beds and the dishwasher was a welcome surprise.

Several lamps broken, TV didn't work, fridge compartment broken. Window in the bedroom hasn't been cleaned for years. Bedding full of stains, boogers on the wall in the bedroom + undefinable stains on the walls. In itself sweet houses, nice area. Some houses looked newer. We could have gotten along with the old furniture, it seemed comfortable, but really dingy. Reception was friendly, check-in without any problems, good surroundings by car, otherwise difficult

The accommodation is suitable for dogs.

The house was clean, functional and well located. The equipment was not necessarily satisfactory, there were no wine and liqueur glasses available, teaspoons and balcony chairs were also not available for 4 people.

Warm and accommodating welcome. a spacious chalet, well arranged with everything you need. Only the original but beautiful staircase could pose a problem for young children. In the middle of winter we weren't able to take advantage of the minigolf or the tennis but in summer it must be very pleasant. The holiday village is very well located, surrounded by nature in a magnificent setting, just 5 minutes from the motorway for München or Salzburg.

Wooden house in a charming environment. Very calm. Good location. Space. Good welcome. However, the equipment is often old or even obsolete. Bathroom not very functional. Water heater constantly alternating between hot and cold water. High additional electricity charges.

Chalet very well located, well equipped and very comfortable.
