The house is spacious and, with two bathrooms, offers enough space for 2-4 people. The kitchen is functional, but quite small. You can tell that the house is a bit dated—for example, the open showers with curtains—but the stay was still acceptable. The location requires about a 15-minute walk to the center of Camaiore, which can be a bit difficult in the evenings. Overall, we felt at home and would gladly return after a comprehensive renovation!

The place and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful. The facility is VERY comfortable and perfectly equipped. The owner is exceptionally nice and friendly.

There are no 3 bedrooms. A storage room with approx. 5.5 m2. We can only give the house a grade of 4.

Overall it was OK, expectations were higher, very friendly hostess, unfortunately only speaks Italian. There are no options for going out locally apart from a pizzeria in the town of Camaiore.
