It is normal that renovations begin in the off-season and are not a problem. The problem is that the apartment is very noisy. Every little clearing of the throat in the hallway can be heard loudly in the apartment. The apartment is poorly equipped, the beds and the sofa are uncomfortable. The most disgusting thing for me were the dirty shower curtains; the ants in the kitchen area were the lesser evil. The place is purely a tourist destination and deserted in October.
