Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house. Sandy beach "La Merangola" 14 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 20 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Chiusi 9 km, Panicale 11 km, Città Della Pieve 17 km, Cetona 18 km, Cortona 30 km, Perugia 45 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. Everything corresponded to the description. pool for swimming. From the iron to the microwave, from a basic set of shower gel to the spices, enough towels, bed linen to change, etc., everything was there. The small town is suitable as a starting point for tours in Umbria and southern Tuscany. Pretty garden with a view! Nice owner, very good host, very easy to reach, takes care of inquiries immediately.

We really had a great holiday with our dog. The location is beautiful with a super view. Nice facilities at the house, and the swimming pool with whirlpool is wonderful in that warm weather. The garden is well fenced so that the dog could run loose in the garden. The host was also very involved and nice and regularly asked if everything was to your liking. You really do need a car in the area because the village is quite remote and you have few facilities in the village itself.

Directly on a street that is very noisy due to the poor surface and is not mentioned in the description. 12 days no pool maintenance. The hydromassage didn't work for 12 days, despite the fact that the housekeeper was informed on the 2nd day. Ice maker in the refrigerator compartment is dirty. Fridge wasn't cleaned. Many pots and dishes were dirty. ...

Wonderfully quiet, 3 seats, sunny and shady! Perfect for dogs, even the car can be put in the shade. Interior typically Italian, for us a bit gloomy, with too many carpets and knick-knacks, but you can clear it away. Lots of closets, spacious bathrooms! We lived outside for 2 weeks and only spent the night in the house! The upper floor is completely barrier-free and there are two steps downstairs!

House is ok, subject to adjustments, this will be a TOP location. - renovations kitchens - new dishwasher (smells and does not look so fresh - I cleaned myself on arrival) large fridge downstairs (now much too small and annoying that it is upstairs) WIFI weak more thorough cleaning, have removed hair from the drain myself (especially considering cleaning costs amount to 100 €) Cozy garden beautiful swimming pool Beautiful surroundings Friendly and helpful owner (sends a lot of info via XXX)
