We were 8 adults and 2 children and the house could handle that without a problem. The terrace is fantastic with a amazing view on the valley below. 200 meters from the house is a very nice and family friendly restaurant. Our only small tips for improvement is a washing machine and later logout time than the 8.30 in the contract. We managed to extract that to 10.00. We would love to come back!

Spacious bedrooms, good hygiene, spacious kitchen with more than enough cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Warm space large enough to dry ski equipment. Pleasant environment at altitude.

Spacious house in a beautiful location with good connections to the ski lift via shuttle bus. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of utensils. Friendly landlords. Everything went well.

A beautiful spacious house in a super location. Located in a somewhat quieter part of Finkenberg. For us really the perfect base for the various hiking trips that we have undertaken. So no long drives to the starting points. I can also safely say that the view from the BBQ is also top notch and has certainly been one of the most beautiful I have experienced. We have enjoyed this regularly!

The house has everything you need for a skiing holiday. Adequate rooms, common room, good sized kitchen, oven. There is a lot of space around the house so that you can sit there and the children can run around.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The ski bus we ordered came on time every morning to pick us up. The return journey with the ski bus (3:20 p.m. - 4:40 p.m.) or the free Laterndl Pub bus (6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) also went smoothly. Nice contact with the landlords. We'll be back!

We spent a week in the Oberhaus in the summer. We were several families and initially had concerns because there were only 2 showers in the upper house. But that wasn't a problem at all, as there is a sink in each bedroom. The house is really spacious. The decor is a bit retro, but it's cozy and lacks nothing. Everything is super clean and the owners are really nice and helpful. We found the Oberhaus to be a very good place to stay.

The cabin is rustic but well equipped. We were there with several families and children. Almost every room has its own sink, so there were no problems with the number of toilets or showers. The ski bus picks you up reliably. Everything perfect!

In general, the accommodation was very nice. I would only say that the rooms on the upper floors are a bit warmer and that the curtains could do with cleaning. In any case, we look forward to a next time, because we have already booked again. Kind regards, Conny

The guests have to be prepared for very extreme road conditions. Definitely take SNOW CHAINS with you. Otherwise, due to the hillside location, nothing works.
