The electricity costs were far too high at 24 kWh and about €6 per day. We didn't use a dishwasher or washing machine, heated with wood, and had 144 kWh on the clock. At 3 NOK per kWh, that came to 432 NOK for 6 days, or about €37. The landlord didn't care about our complaints; he just shrugged his shoulders. On top of that, we had to pay 270 NOK for 6 days of Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the boat because it rained almost the entire week.

The pictures of the cabin do not match reality at all. It may look like there is a good view, but the entire road around the cabin is overgrown. The boat that comes with it is very cumbersome, should have had a trailer, or another boat. The wilderness around the cabin attracts a sea of insects. Can't imagine renting it again.

The driveway is poorly signposted. The house is tidy, but it smelled of sewage. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. The outside light can only be controlled via an electrical box. The lake isn't for anglers looking for adventure. There are small perch and trout, about 25 cm long. The scenery is excellent, though. If you want peace and quiet and aren't too fussy about scrubbing the microwave and stove, and can stand the smell, you'll have a great time. I wouldn't book a final cleaning; we've done a better job cleaning.

We are very satisfied. Clean and comfortably furnished. Everything was great, I can only recommend it.
