In typical Norwegian weather (cool and warm / rain and sun) we had a great time relaxing (not only) in this quiet place in the beautiful house / also thanks to the very friendly and helpful owner family!

The furnishings are typically Norwegian and perfectly fine / and everything is well-kept and clean. The country is rural, so you inevitably come into contact with the even-toed ungulates. And there is plenty of hiking to do (even when it rains, and weather is everywhere). You can see and feel that the friendly family who owns the house cares about the well-being of their holiday guests and the house itself.

Very friendly, helpful landlord. Nice area, unfortunately no internet and German TV channels, only three Norwegian ones (when it rains we also wanted to watch TV in German). Otherwise we have recovered well.

Old farmhouse but the kitchen is brand new and well equipped including a dishwasher. In colder temperatures, the stove is needed in the living room, but the wood is included. Unfortunately there are only trout to be caught in the river and in the lake and rather small ones.

very nice, well-kept old house - typically Norge - with charm and history. Super nice host, lives a few 100 m in the settlement. Some trout could be caught, albeit very tricky because of the onset of flooding (after a dry summer). If you love peace and seclusion, but still have a house with electricity and water, this is the place for you.
