The house is really great. Big enough, with different possibilities for development, nice bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the fireplace described was not available to us because it was defective. This was extremely unfortunate. Next to the apartment there is a bar that has been partying loudly until four o'clock at the weekend. Since the apartment is very noisy, you could sing along to every song and hear every conversation. But the house itself cannot do anything about that. But a point deduction because of the missing fireplace.

We felt very comfortable in this small house. The outdoor area is totally beautiful. For the household there are the most necessary things. The oven and the washing machine were really missing. There are plenty of opportunities to do your laundry here thanks to the salons. The shopping facilities cover everything. What is worth mentioning is the bar opposite. The live music was extremely loud. Rather difficult in the high season. Path to the beach is great!

The beds are actually not suitable for 2 adults! The location of the house is also not really optimal, opposite there is a tavern called HIPPO 12. These have very loud music until the night hours on Friday until 1:00 AM on Saturday even until 3:00 AM try to sleep, it's like whether they play in the living room !!

The house and garden was furnished and designed exactly as advertised and we all loved that. Unfortunately, there was only underfloor heating in the living room, which didn't really heat up and we couldn't get any fuel for the built-in fireplace at the hardware store. So it was very fresh in the evenings. Would rent this house again and again if it wasn't for the loud singing and bawling in the bar across the street. Unfortunately, we couldn't close our eyes until 4:00 a.m. on four nights.

We felt comfortable there. At first it was cold but the fireplace helped and later the underfloor heating in the living area was heated up. You had to get wood for the fireplace yourself from the hardware store, which is understandable. The bedrooms could not be heated, but the heat from the living area was well distributed when the doors were open.

We went from Monday, July 26 to August 02, we were 6 in the house. The house itself is very pretty, there is space and the cleaning was perfect even under the beds, which is a very good point. It is rather well located in relation to the sea but further from the city than we thought because we had the address of the reception instead. On the other hand, a big negative point is that it is opposite a camping café where there is a party every day until at least 1 a.m.

Nice stay, nice house and very nice and beautiful garden with lots of privacy. We were lucky because our stay fell during the corona period, so the cafe next door caused less noise. Outside the corona there is apparently regular noise nuisance. Of course, if you like the crowds, that's no problem.

Beautiful house, clean and lovingly furnished. Everything you need. Attention bedding: double beds have one large duvet, not two small ones. Beach, tram and bakery max. 10 min. by foot. Supermarket and city center by car max. 10 min. For those who don't want peace and quiet. The house, however, is perfect!

Very clean house, very well equipped, very pretty and tastefully arranged inside and out (we had breakfast outside on the superb terrace in May in Belgium: too good!); perfect rental. It is very well located: 10 minutes walk from the sea, 25 minutes from Bruges (parking near the train station very economical and close to the city center) and 50 minutes from Ghent. Two small downsides: the campsite across the street...which has a disco until 2:30 in the morning and which therefore spoiled our nights a bit...and the price of the cleaning fee (25 euros per person; for a family of 5 is very expensive and does not encourage people to be clean and careful!).

The house met expectations. Only the 2 person bed on the top floor was missing. The slatted base was on the floor. We find the cleaning costs of 150 euros (6 persons) very high. The sink was still full of leftover food from the previous tenants. The rest of the house was fairly clean.
