The mattress on the couple's bed is old: it smells... The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can hear everyone coming and going. The toilet smells strongly... The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer compartment: so goodbye to ice cream in the summer. The shower water temperature is difficult, if not impossible, to stabilize: you shower with very hot or cold water. One of the fire alarms is faulty: it rings all the time
