The accommodation is beautiful and tastefully furnished. However, it is very dirty and definitely needs a thorough cleaning! It is also in need of some repairs (kitchen cupboard doors off their hinges, microwave not firmly anchored, etc.). We are not used to this when booking through Interhome.

Dear Sir or Madam, the description and information about the place where the keys will be handed over and the journey to the holiday home was a real odyssey. In the travel documents / Psenica / 505924125740/1 it says: On the travel confirmation and invoice it says: The keys will be handed over at the agency EuroParcs Schoneveld in Breskens, 10 km……. In 3 phone calls, 40 minutes including talk time with connection time, I was informed of 2 different places where the keys would be handed over. Shortly before the
