The house and the park were fine, only the cleaning was far below standard. Behind the couch that was partly in front of the sliding door had not been vacuumed for a long time. The bathroom floor was full of footprints. The oven was very dirty as well as the dishwasher (a nasty smell came out). When we took our full bag out of the garbage can, we surprisingly came across spaghetti food remains. And as a final minus point: when we opened the door upon arrival it was teeming with dozens of flies.

We didn't find the house in a clean condition, so we can assume that it hadn't been recently cleaned. The coffee machine was broken and some other kitchen utensils were broken too. The furnishings were also rather poor. The grounds and everything else around them were very well maintained, however.

Nice light house with everything on it. Large fridge & freezer and dishwasher. Nice tea mugs and even placemats. Right next to a beautiful walking forest.
