We had a great holiday in this wonderful residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The residence is ideally located to visit the south of Tuscany, go to the beach (sterpaia, Baratti ...), take the ferry to the island of Elba via Piombino. The residence is very well maintained with a beautiful supervised swimming pool and all the staff are charming (a plus for the reception staff). It is a peaceful place to spend a very good holiday

There is nothing bad to say about the cleanliness, customer friendliness and equipment of the apartment. The complex is just a bit too big and impersonal for our taste. The location is good. A big negative point is the pool opening times from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Since we were out and about a lot, we could hardly enjoy the pool in the evenings, because not only the pool but also the sunbathing lawn, which is really nice, is closed completely and promptly at 7 a.m.

On the positive side: well-kept and clean environment, relatively isolated and quiet, adequate common areas (swimming pool, bar). On the negative side: rather expensive 10 € per day for the dog, kitchen materials (pots, etc.) very poor, poor wifi signal.

Very spacious and quiet environment, excellent for family holidays in total relaxation. Large, well-maintained swimming pool with well-stocked wet bar. Welcoming staff. Also highly recommended for its strategic position. Gulf of Baratti 15 min. by car.
