Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size double and a single, as well as a shower room, this accommodation can sleep up to three people. Inside, you will also find an open plan kitchen and dining area, along with a sitting room hosting an open fire. To the outside, is off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with a garden room. Resting in a central location and close to several amenities, Mill Bridge Cottage is a charming property in a fabulous part of England.

Castleton is a lovely Peak District village resting above Hope Valley, home to historic attractions including Peveril Castle, Blue John stone and Winnats Pass, as well as contemporary amenities including local stores, gift shops, pubs, a café and a small museum. Nearby destinations include Edale, Hope and Hathersage, offering easy access to attractions such as the Pennine Way, Alton Towers, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. Other Peak District locations nearby include Buxton, Matlock Bath, Carsington Water, Ashbourne and Leek.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly.. It's a great location, just two minutes from the bus stop and the village centre. The cottage makes excellent use of the space, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The quality of the work the owners have done to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay is exceptional.. They have really thought it through with great consideration for their visitors. It was warm and very stylish. There was plenty of space, especially in the kitchen, in what is a cosy little property. The owners little courtyard garden is lovely to look out onto and the occasional sighting of their cat a treat. The owners were very helpful and gave us some good pointers regarding the local amenities. We loved being in the cottage and because the weather was quite cold for a few days we very happily spent a bit more time in it than we might have done. A wonderful stay, we will certainly return.

Millbridge cottage is in a great locality to all shops and pubs and walks from the doorstep.. It is on a quiet road. The cottage is extremely clean, comfortable and cosy and has all facilities needed. I would definitely recommend it. The owners were most welcoming and explained how everything worked. We will be returning.

This property is most welcoming, as is it's owners.. When we arrived we were given a quick and precise run down of the property. The owners live in the attached property were very welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive. The house was warm and extremely clean and well presented. Being down a lane it is reasonably quiet although its in the centre of Castleton it is only a couple of minutes walk away from a multitude of good eating venues. Whether its breakfast, an evening meal, or a mid-day snack you are looking for, you'll find them all. It is also a good base if you like walking.

The cottage was right in the middle of Castleton and there was a great choice of places to eat and drink.. The owners live next door so when we arrived in the evening they popped around to explain everything you need to know. The cottage was stunning. Thanks.

Millbridge Cottage is beautiful! A quaint 309 year old property, refurbished to the highest standards - bright, sorry and very comfortable. In an excellent location for all of the amenities of Castleton, with excellent walking from the doorstep. We’ll be sure to return!

This is a lovely cottage just off the main road through the town but quiet.. High quality through out with the added facility of the summerhouse. Really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend, would not hesitate to return.
