Area
The charming village of Calver is nestled on the border between the White Peak and the Dark Peak, and lies on the banks of the River Derwent. It is made up of three distinct areas, including Calver Bridge, Calver Sough to the north and the main village itself. Surrounded by lush countryside, it makes a great base for walkers looking to explore the Derwent Valley. Within the village itself there is a post office and a country pub serving delicious food.
