The apartment is great and so is the service. The emergency beds are not suitable because the wooden part is right behind your back. The double bed is very good. The cleanliness of the blankets and pillows is appalling. There are stains of blood and secretions everywhere. That should be washed or cleaned. The same goes for the dishes and the cleanliness of the cupboards. A paring knife and a pair of scissors would be good. We have been there several times now but it has deteriorated a lot.
