Good, but some details could be improved: ceiling fans not cleaned (dust), lack of cleaning under the bedroom bed. No TV adapter. No microwave. No hangers in the bathroom and entryway. The showerhead leaked. No trash cans under the sink. No broom or dustpan (a vacuum cleaner is provided). The master bedroom dresser is broken. No full-length mirror. With the windows open, the train noise is very loud (earplugs recommended).

The apartment is bright and practical, offering plenty of space for two people. The side view of the sea is very beautiful.
