Positives: - proximity to the beach and the center, while being quiet (compared to the street) - kitchen, large and well equipped Negatives: - no possibility of using the awning (why?) and no suitable stand at the umbrella. - broken sofa bed Remarks: - erroneous description: it is not a garden level (hard to mount bikes) and no balcony - accommodation is quiet .. if no neighbors - sufficient accommodation for 2 p without physical pb ( steep mezzanine access - minimal agency access

Overall it's good except at 4 it's too small, the parking lot is too tight a person from the residence scratched my new (new) car from Friday night to Saturday when wanting to park he told me everything scratched the back of my car, and we never knew who it could be and he never knows how to manifest...

The apartment had a clear advantage in Cavalaire: it is very central, the port and the beach can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. As it is behind a residential complex it is also relatively quiet. The apartment was functionally furnished and clean. The bed is on the upper floor, which means that it was very hot at night, as the apartment does not have air conditioning. I found the locking system of the apartment door to be cumbersome.

Well-equipped and furnished maisonette. 2 small quiet terraces. Popular location for beaches, visit points, services and shops nearby. Sufficient for 2, a bit tight for 4. Mezzanine bed. Only the cleanliness of the dishes and the bathroom were to be reviewed on our arrival (yet cleaning included). The links with the agency are very minimal.

The kitchen is the gem in this property. All necessary materials for cooking are qualitatively available. The bathroom is small and clean. Unfortunately the shower is absolutely too small. minus point. The upper floor as a bedroom is cozy. The bed was comfortable. Please dispose of the prickly pears! The blight was really disgusting. The property is one of 6 apartments in this row. Only this one can be rented. The other 5 are long-term tenants, who always greeted us very friendly.

Very well located, close to the beach and shops. Too bad there is no air conditioning with a bedroom on the mezzanine. Very good for 2 but too small for 4.

Pleasant studio, well arranged compared to the small surface. Ideal for a weekend, in high season, promiscuity in relation to the neighborhood. For us, no problem since several rentals were closed. Ideal location, next to the beach and all the shops and restaurants, much appreciated parking space.
