The accommodation was kept very clean. The landlords were very nice and accommodating.

Very clean, spacious apartment in a quiet area with very nice and friendly landlords. The bedroom (with a large window + shutters) is separated from the kitchen/dining area (=entrance) via a small hallway and the bathroom. Large terrace (with another dining table, bench and several chairs) with a laurel hedge as a privacy screen. Clothesline is also available on the terrace. Beach, supermarket and center are within walking distance (although the road is a bit steep)

An overall nice, cheap apartment for two people with a well-equipped kitchen. The friendly landlords (speak German quite well) live in the same house with their dog, as well as another holiday apartment. The apartment is in the basement because the house is on a slope. Unfortunately, there is only one window in the apartment, which is in the bedroom. In the living room there is only the door towards the terrace. The view is also blocked by a large hedge.

Very nice owner, the apartment is clean, well-equipped. Very steep driveway, but that's normal there. Unfortunately there is little privacy and no view from the adjoining terrace. You can go to another terrace and admire the sea and a beautiful garden. Overall, I give a positive opinion.

Comfortable and convenient apartment for a family of 3 who like peace and quiet. The owners were very friendly, hospitable and helpful, even pampered us. Great beach and promenade. I was in this apartment for the second time and certainly not the last.

A pleasant environment, the owner is helpful, knows the German language, and is willing to give advice on anything. There are unpleasant insects in the region, but there are effective preparations in the house to prevent their activity. There is a fireplace outside, which is a pleasant place to sit, there is plenty of wood. Beware of complicated access - Put Školarovo street is winding, with a number of side streets leading from it and orientation is difficult. The house is located almost at its end - on a hill, on the other hand, the advantage is a beautiful view of the sea. The sitting area in front of the house is covered and separated from the garden by a hedge. So you can sit outside both in the rain and in the hot sunshine. There are other tourists living in the other apartments, but we did not disturb each other in any way. There is a city beach in Lovran, another pleasant one is in the village of Brseč, which is away from the main road. From Lovran, it is possible to make trips both to the south towards Pula and to the southeast, towards Krk.
