L'Oustalet Apartment 5 Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Urgent need for renovation - great support from the office on site! We have been in the apartment 4 times. But: sofas have to be covered with a blanket that you bring with you... balcony furniture is bad... price at the upper limit... set up an internet connection! The great view makes you forget the shortcomings. We have always been there as a married couple and the rum on offer and the construction as a maisonette are great

The apartment was wonderfully situated but with an awful lot of faults; the main one being how dirty it was! Only one bedside light was working in the main bedroom and the two in the spare bedroom were broken. Wonderful views from the main bedroom but if you like fresh air be prepared to sleep with the blinds open as you can’t have window open if blinds closed. Sofa was filthy so never sat on it. Interhome staff were apologetic but the owners need to spend money on getting faults fixed

Too bad, the location is perfect, but the apartment is sorely lacking in maintenance, far too many broken or end-of-life equipment: - terrace awning just waiting to be unhooked - bedroom awning torn / broken / crank that stays in the hands - bathtub spray that does not work - smell of sewage in the bathrooms - sofa bed out of order - temperamental hob - bed too firm (but that's personal...) and wonky... - etc... Unacceptable in my opinion...

The apartment is super central. Once around the complex of houses and you're on the beach. And in the evening you walk a few steps and you are right in the shopping mile. Very quiet at night, you only hear the sound of the sea. The view from the balcony unique. The interior is good, all kitchen appliances are available. Also everything very clean. The car is safe and secure in the underground car park. We'll definitely be back!

It would have to be renovated once and the furniture renewed... Otherwise all good!

The location can't be beat. The furnishing could use some updating - but still in order. Super good mattress in the master bedroom! Maneuvering skills are required when parking in the very narrow garage parking space. We were in the apartment for the third time and have already booked again for 2022! bb

An exceptional view, pleasant and well appointed apartment

The elevator definitely out of service (dirty and deplorable condition). We are in the 3rd and we pay dearly for it physically. 2 HS radiators (living room and bedroom: the 2 living rooms).

Spacious apartment with magnificent ocean view and perfectly equipped. Attention accommodation inaccessible to disabled or fragile people because the elevator does not work. No one had informed us of this.

The view is outstanding ! The holiday feeling is therefore perfect immediately.
