Deck chairs, box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (2 cars). Suitable for families. Toys for children available. For stays longer than 10 nights a additional cleaning for 90,- EUR will be done.

Shop 20 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 20 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 1 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 800 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch Fügen 800 m, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Kaltenbach 7 km. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). House with everything you need and conveniently located! All winter sport facilities and summer as well as hiking trails are nearby. No Pets allowed.

The house exceeded our expectations. We had already read many positive reviews, but even the most positive review is not an exaggeration. Clean, spacious, plenty of towels and bath towels, beautiful sauna room also with enough towels for our entire group (9 people). We stayed there in the most expensive week (Christmas week) of the year (I think). but it is absolutely worth the price. The owner (Mrs M., lives across the street) is very friendly. In short, a topper!

We really liked Haus Linnemann. Very large, lots of space, very centrally located. On the negative side, it was partly located directly on the street and was disturbed by the night and morning traffic. We felt comfortable and would love to come back.

The very nice apartment with its large, beautiful rooms and the 3 modern bathrooms was just perfect for us. The house offers a lot of space, we felt completely comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful large balcony with the 4 loungers and the large table with chairs despite the street. So always happy again....

We spent a week in this house with 8 adults and a small child and can warmly recommend it. Everything was very clean and very well maintained. There were also deep plates, a hand blender, a whisk, etc., which has been criticized in previous reviews. If it happens again, we'll be happy to come back!

The house is huge and particularly comfortable. The open rooms are flooded with light through the large windows and invite you to spend hours together. The equipment is very modern, especially the kitchen stands out here. The bathrooms are fresh and well equipped. Bakers and restaurants are right outside the door and everything else can be found in the village. By and large, everything is available for everyday use. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the nice days.

The apartment is a good size and very clean. It is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. The bathrooms could use a few more hooks for hanging. We would have liked to have had deep plates in the kitchen. The apartment is on a very busy street. But since it was very central, you accept that.

The house is large and as spacious as shown in the pictures. It was very clean when we arrived. The rooms are basic but clean. The bathrooms are very chic and equipped with enough hand and bath towels. What we didn't know beforehand, however, is that the house is on a very busy road and the heavy traffic can be heard very clearly from early in the morning, even in the bedrooms. The advantage of this is that you are right in the village, close to the bakery and a 15-minute walk to the new Spieljochbahn. The kitchen itself is really great. However, there could be a few more plates, cups, bowls, cutting boards, sharp knives, and extra utensils like a rolling pin.

Lovely holiday home with everything. There is plenty of room for everyone. Nice large bedroom and nice bathrooms. The meeting point of the house is the living room and kitchen in one large room - so everyone can be together and take part in it all - some watch TV, others play games at the large kitchen table while others cook. There could well have been a little more kitchen equipment - more wine glasses, fireproof dishes, water jug. We will come again next year.

House is large and fully equipped. Property is located in the center of Fugen. Ski bus stops 100 meters from the house at hotel XXX. Particularly friendly reception. Bakery and restaurant opposite the house.
