The residence is very pleasant, the accommodation is well insulated, very well maintained, and the staff very friendly and attentive. The bedding is good, even the sofa bed. Another positive point, the residence is well located to discover Pont-Aven on foot, no need to take the car and look for a parking space. There is a supermarket nearby. Perhaps an improvement would be a larger refrigerator because a 4-burner stove is a bit tight, and a small air conditioner (unluckily we arrived during the heatwave).
