Well placed to go to the beach and the nearby shops, but not indicated that the apartment is above the back of a restaurant and in front of another which also does evening atmospheres until at least 2 am. The apartment is very badly soundproofed and the mattresses need to be changed!!! For hygiene, remove carpets with bacteria and mites and leave an emptied and working vacuum cleaner. We will return to Dinard but with another accommodation and another organization.

We have been staying for several years with great pleasure in this beautiful place, close to the sea. But this time the interior was poorly cleaned (dusty and sticky). Moreover, we had to empty the packed vacuum cleaner ourselves when we started cleaning ourselves; we don't pay cleaning costs for that! The (known to us) noise nuisance in the street was also more intense than before. Anyway, location and balcony are top notch, and in relation to the price; although the bathroom remains very tight / small.

We really liked this apartment, and its location.

Functionally furnished holiday apartment, unfortunately without a coffee machine, with a sea view from the balcony, with shops and restaurants around the corner, and the beach is only 50m away!

Adequate accommodation but poorly soundproofed. We are very annoyed by the noise from neighbors and the street. Individual beds far too narrow: 70cm wide!

We feel like home is friendly and warm, very quiet and clean place. Located by the sea and 2min from the shops, nothing better.

very pleasant apartment and ideally located close to any refreshment to be expected on some elements of furniture complicated parking the departure at 10am is very penalizing, especially when access is only from 4pm

Pleasant accommodation, well located, close to the beach and shops

The rental is very well located. First of all, it is right next to the beach and then, in the heart of the city center, which allowed our two teenagers to have maximum autonomy. Note the good layout of the apartment, its functionality. And of course the terrace which allowed us to have lunch outside every lunchtime. Caroline AUBERT PS: Note the daily outside noise, but personally it didn't bother us, which may not be the case for other people.

The apartment is well placed for the beach is the trade, for those who do not like noise it is not the ideal place, because the restaurant in front is very lively in the evening is in the morning at 8:00 am, the appt is as in the photos ideal for a weekend of 3/4 days
