Hello, The apartment is well located, perfect for a stay in Nice, however several elements are defective or even broken. A shower wall panel is missing, which affects the watertightness. A plate was broken in two. The toilet seat was disassembled. Sincerely,

Well located apartment. We had a pleasant stay.

* Pleasant stay in a beautiful building * accommodation close to the tram, under renovation (paint smells, agency intervention for cleaning on our arrival) with very spartan cooking equipment * Disadvantage: having to take your waste in your suitcases because there is no access to the garbage room (container passage times not compatible with our departure)

The apartment is highlighted by the photos. Reality. It is dark, little light enters the living room, insufficient lighting for the evening. The bedding is uncomfortable (sofa and bedroom) I had to cut the stay short, our backs hurt too much. Damaged furniture, stained sofa, peeling paint on the ceiling. Cracks on the shuttering of the blinds. Everything gives a sloppy impression, we found 1 sock in the sofa, the shower door in the bedroom, only 3 teaspoons for 4 people!

Dirty apartment, white socks that turn black quickly. Food residue and waste under the sofa bed. A smell of urine in the bathroom. The bathroom door no longer locks, everything is damaged. A single ventilator in the middle of a heat wave, obliged to buy one on the spot; unbearable heat especially bathroom. Dirty dishes ... Zero customer service: after reporting, cleaning redone but still dirty. I would have preferred relocation!
