Les Bouvreuils Dinard, Brittany

Rather functional house, however, very poorly located near a very busy road...so you do not benefit from the exteriors. Apart from that, close to the very pretty town of Dinard and shops.

Nice rental. Spacious. Functional. Very well appointed. Perfect equipment. The dish-washer. Too small requires turning it after every meal. Big big downside!!! impossible to open the windows of rooms at night under penalty of not sleeping because very close to a road which circulates day and night. Ditto eating on the terrace in front is not easy. Very noisy. Too bad she's not behind. The gate needs to be repaired. Dangerous.

The house itself is pleasant, but: - undersheets for children's beds not clean on arrival; - dishwasher is a combination oven-dishwasher: - the house is supposed to accommodate 6 people: you have to do the dishes by hand in addition and no space in the oven; - sea view actually non-existent - on the Rance in the upper rooms only - view of the neighbors' van + we are 10m away D168 = noise. Trash to carry yourself to a PAV (what about tourist tax then?)

A lovely house. It was well equipped and fitments and equipments were of a high standard.. The area was residential and quiet. The neighbours we spoke to were friendly.
