Good: - close to the beach - clean - well equipped - friendly real estate agent on site - good room layout Bad: - garden directly on the main road, noise is not a problem (well-insulated windows), but ball games in the garden are not possible (ball flies onto the road) and it is dangerous for children as there is no gate on the property. If our children had been smaller, we would not have been able to leave them alone in the garden.
