Lovely spacious house where we were 16 people who could be together or retreat to themselves. Lovely pool area which everyone enjoyed. Should there be a single point of criticism, the mattresses could well be better.

We were a group of 5 families (9 adults, 10 children) who really loved our 1 week stay at the villa. The pool area is excellent and where we spent most of our time. Also made good use of the bikes provided for guest use, to explore the local area. Cortona town is an absolute must, very charming indeed - particularly at night. Villa is spacious and homely. Air con costs extra but we managed to just about get by without it in August, needed fans on at night though.

We were super satisfied with everything, great hospitality of the owners. Really clean and tidy, has everything you need. Highly recommended for a large party, but there is space for smaller families too.

very nice place easy to access Lorenzo, who does the check in + check out is top. He is very available in case of need (came at midnight following a power cut). Only downside: the kitchen and the dining room (very beautiful by the way) are in the basement, so not practical at all for groups. 2nd downside: the air conditioning charged 2 euros / h per apartment (6 apartments in total), so overpriced !! 3rd downside: the rooster crows at 4am at the neighbors Otherwise, great! 2 steps from Cortona

It was just amazing! The villa was beautifull, just as the surroundings. The owner was really helpfull with all kinds of things. Not only good available for questions about the villa but also helpfull when we wanted to know things about toscane. I would defenitely recommend this villa!
